Baskets can be created and maintained in the “Basket Management” section which can be accessed from the menu on the left hand side. From here you can search for a basket using the search bar, view the basket and add/remove new vehicles to a basket.
If you select your basket to be shared; there are 2 options. You can either share it with your organisation so that everybody is able to view it and use your basket in reports, or share it in an editable way so that anyone in your organisation can add/remove vehicles to your basket as well.
You will therefore see in the Basket Management page all the baskets that you have access to, whether you created them or not. If other people have shared their baskets you will be able to view and/or edit them here.
Your baskets will automatically be shared across different products if you subscribe to them. The products where baskets are shared are Insight and SMR.
There is no limit to the number of baskets you can create or have access to.
You can also create baskets once you have found and selected your chosen vehicle(s) within the Find Vehicle section. After selecting ‘Add vehicles to basket’ you can chose ‘+ Create New Basket’ within the Select Basket drop down;
